About À La Carte

À La Carte is a cookbook filled with simple recipes for easy-to-prepare dishes intended to inspire you to spend more time around the table with your families. But it’s more than that. It is also a storybook, featuring heartwarming stories from caring medical professionals at the Montreal Children’s Hospital, from young patients they have treated and helped and from parents of patients. And À La Carte is a fundraiser, with every dollar of proceeds from book sales benefitting the Montreal Children’s. In buying a copy or three, you’ll be helping families whose children are treated at the hospital so that – like you – they can spend more time at home, around the table with their loved ones.
